B.TECH ADMISSION - 2024


Candidates are directed to produce the following documents for verification.

  1. Allotment Memo issued by the CEE. (2nd Phase)
  2. 10th Certificate for verifying Name & Date of Birth. If the Date of Birth is not included in the 10th Certificate, produce another Document like Birth Certificate, etc. (Original & 2 copies)
  3. Admit Card of Entrance Examination 2024.
  4. Data Sheet of KEAM 2024. (2 copies)
  5. Original Mark list of Qualifying examinations (Higher Secondary or Equivalent). (Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination, if issued) Original & 2 copies
  6. Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended.
  7. Conduct Certificate (issued within a period of six months).
  8. Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format given in Annexure XVII(b) of the Prospectus 2023.
  9. NATA score card for B.Arch students (2 copies)
  10. Fee receipt from CEE.
  11. Passport size Photo - 1 No.
  12. Other Fees for Rs.22350/- for General Merit and Rs11350/- for SC/ST/OEC (Collection through card /UPI only) + Hostel Fees.
  13. Claims for reservations - original of all the documents and certificates uploaded with the online application.
    • SEBC - Valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate for state Government Education purpose obtained from the Village Officer in the prescribed proforma Annexure XXVII.
    • SC/ST - Valid Community Certificate from Tahsildar (Format is given in Annexure XXIX).
    • OEC - certificate to prove community - Valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate for state Government Education purpose obtained from the Village Officer in the prescribed proforma Annexure XXVII. Fee concession – certificate to prove community and Income from Village Officer (below One year).
    • PD Quota – Certificate from Medical Board.
  14. Any other documents required in the allotment Memo/Notification.
